Joseph C. Liguori, Esq.

Joseph M. Mazraani was born in Beirut, Lebanon on January 27, 1978.  He immigrated to the United States in 1994.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1999 from the College of Staten Island, New York. Subsequently, Mr. Mazraani assisted his family in creating a car service business which he managed prior to attending Seton Hall University School of Law from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2004.  While at Seton Hall, he was a tutor working closely with Professors Brenda Saunders and Christina Bennett. Later that year, Mr. Mazraani was admitted to the New Jersey Bar.  In September 2004, Mr. Mazraani began his legal career at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas, LLP of New Brunswick, New Jersey. On January 1, 2006, he formed Mazraani & Liguori, LLP with Joseph Liguori.  Mr. Mazraani's focus is Criminal/Municipal Defense and Matrimonial Law.  He is a member of the Middlesex County and State Bar Associations.  Mr. Mazraani's native languages are French and Arabic.  He mastered English at age 12 and went on to become fluent in Spanish.  His diverse linguistic background includes a working knowledge of Italian and German.  In his leisure time, Mr. Mazraani enjoys historical shipwreck research, boating and upland game hunting.

Joseph C. Liguori was born in Somers Point, New Jersey. As an undergraduate, Mr. Liguori attended Stockton State College and graduated with a B.A. in political science. He attended law school at William and Mary School of Law in Williamsburg, Virginia. While at William and Mary, Mr. Liguori served as the Student Notes Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the Bill of Rights Journal.  Mr. Liguori served in Cape May County as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph C. Visalli, Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey, Civil Division. Mr. Liguori joined the law firm of Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas as an associate in the Civil Litigation department of the Law Firm before forming Mazraani & Liguori, LLP with Joseph Mazraani in January 2006.  Mr. Liguori is a partner in the Personal Injury & Criminal practice of Mazraani & Liguori, LLP.  Mr. Liguori has handled personal injury matters ranging from automobile accidents and slip and falls to medical malpractice and construction worksite injuries.  He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.
